Description
A warm, fluffy vanilla Shakeology mug cake made in minutes. High in protein, low in guilt—perfect for dessert or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
1 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg or flax egg
1 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt, cinnamon, dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add all dry ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
2. Mix in egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add optional ingredients if desired.
4. Microwave for 60–90 seconds.
5. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
Notes
Start with 60 seconds to avoid overcooking.
Use a wide mug for even heating.
Flax egg = 1 tbsp ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water.
Top with Greek yogurt or berries for extra flavor.
