This Shakeology mug cake is a healthy, protein-packed dessert ready in just 2 minutes. Perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings without the guilt.
Ingredients
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 egg (or flax egg)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana, mashed (optional for sweetness)
1 tsp natural peanut butter (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Spray a 12 oz mug with non-stick spray.
2. Add all ingredients to the mug and stir until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds.
4. Let cool for 1–2 minutes before eating.
5. Top with optional fresh berries, yogurt, or almond butter.
Notes
For a vegan version, use a flax egg and skip the egg.
To lower calories, replace peanut butter with PB2 or omit.
Adjust microwave time depending on wattage—don’t overcook!
