Description
This chocolate protein mug cake is soft, rich, and packed with flavor. It’s made with oat flour and chocolate protein powder, and it cooks in just 60 seconds.
Ingredients
3 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
2. Stir well until smooth and combined.
3. Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds.
4. Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm.
Notes
Do not overcook or the cake will become dry.
For a gooey center, press a few extra chocolate chips into the middle before cooking.
Use a wider mug to help the cake cook evenly.
