Description
This Oreo mug cake without baking powder is soft, chocolatey, and made with just 3 ingredients. No oven, no mixer—just a mug, a spoon, and a microwave.
Ingredients
4–5 Oreo cookies
3–4 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Optional: 1 tsp chocolate chips
Optional: 1 tsp peanut butter or cookie butter
Optional: splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add milk and stir until smooth and thick like cake batter.
3. If using, swirl in chocolate chips or peanut butter.
4. Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds.
5. Let the cake sit for 1–2 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer texture, use double-stuffed Oreos.
A larger mug (10 oz) prevents overflow during microwaving.
Top with whipped cream, ice cream, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
