Ingredients
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
2. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 70–90 seconds.
4. Let it cool for 30 seconds before serving.
5. Top with keto whipped cream or sugar-free chocolate if desired.
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on microwave wattage.
Use coconut flour (1 tbsp) instead of almond flour for a fluffier texture.
For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed flour.
