Description
These Dubai chocolate strawberries combine pistachio cream, tahini, and rich chocolate for a luxurious twist on the classic. Topped with ground pistachios, they’re the perfect blend of Middle Eastern flavor and elegant presentation.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup pistachio butter or pistachio cream
2 tablespoons tahini (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 ½ pounds strawberries, halved
Ground pistachios (for topping)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter and pistachio butter over low heat until smooth.
2. Add tahini if using and stir until fully combined.
3. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until glossy and fluid.
4. Dip each halved strawberry first in pistachio mixture, then partially into melted chocolate.
5. Sprinkle ground pistachios immediately while chocolate is still wet.
6. Place on parchment-lined tray and chill for 15 minutes until set.
Notes
Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
Use high-quality pistachio butter for the best flavor.
You can skip tahini for a sweeter, more traditional taste.
