Description
A moist and fluffy almond flour mug cake that’s gluten-free, quick to make, and endlessly customizable.
Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour
1 egg
1 tbsp milk (or non-dairy)
1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener
1/4 tsp baking powder
Optional: vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
2. Stir until smooth and combined.
3. Microwave for 60–90 seconds.
4. Let cool for 1 minute before eating.
5. Top with berries or chocolate if desired.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter or it may become dense.
Start with 60 seconds in the microwave and add more time as needed.
For keto: use almond milk and low-carb sweetener.
For vegan: replace egg with flax egg or mashed banana.
